Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@flyfishingpartner.com, including your order number in the subject line. In the email body, list the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Code. You can return the item via regular mail, UPS, or FedEx. Ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage. We recommend purchasing insurance for your return package, as we cannot accept damaged goods unless the damage is specified in your Return Authorization Code. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will credit your card for the full purchase amount, minus shipping costs. Please include the original invoice and your Return Authorization Code in the return package, and mail it to the address provided in our return email.
